Is the course "live"?

No, all my courses are pre-recorded, featuring the absolute BEST content from my 6+ years of teaching. You can watch the video lessons whenever you want, without worrying about missing a class!

How long will I have access to the course?

The course will be yours FOREVER! You can watch the videos and use the materials as many times as you want and for all the time you want!

What if I chose the wrong level course?

No worries. I can switch you to another course within 30 days of purchase at no additional fee.

What device do I need to take your courses?

Any device works—a phone, tablet, computer, laptop, or TV!

What's the difference between the Beginner and Intermediate courses?

The Beginner course has two parts:

1. Total Beginner - For absolute beginners with no prior knowledge of Chinese. It's super fun and creative.
2. HSK 1 - For advanced beginners who have some knowledge but can't make simple conversations. This course helps build a solid foundation and sets your brain into Chinese mode from the start.

The Intermediate course is the HSK 2 course.

It's designed for those who remember about 200 Chinese words and know basic grammar. It helps you step up your skills and is the most fun and easy-to-understand HSK 2 course you'll find!

Will the course open registrations again soon?

No, I want to focus on making high-quality courses instead of constant marketing, so the registrations for my courses remain closed most of the time.

Are there higher level courses like HSK 3 or above?

There will be! I'm working on the HSK 3 course right now! I'll keep making higher-level courses after that 👌🏻

Is the price just a one time fee?

If you choose the one-time fee option, YES! You only have to pay once to get lifetime access to the course and all its materials.

If you choose the payment plan, you will unlock everything in the course immediately after your first payment and still get lifetime access once you finish all payments.

How can I pay?

You can pay with any debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or Afterpay.

Can I pay with any currency?

Certificate

Do I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes, a "Certificate of Completion" will be generated in PDF form after you complete a course. It will be emailed to you.

*Please note that the certificate is issued on behalf of Chinese With Lia, as proof of completion of our course. Your employer, school, etc might require an official language proficiency test certificate.

Can I ask for a receipt?
